About The Role

The Data Analyst (DA) role at ICF offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about data-driven decision-making and client collaboration. As a key member of the team, the DA will work closely with clients to understand their specific reporting and analytical needs, develop customized data solutions, and ensure data integrity across projects. The role involves engaging with multiple teams to define requirements, create visualizations, and deliver scalable reporting solutions. The DA will also be responsible for documenting processes, sharing knowledge through presentations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. While the role primarily involves remote work within the US, some travel may be required for client meetings, training, or project scoping. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Quantitative Fields, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a business or data analyst role
• Proficiency in Excel for ensuring data integrity and report quality
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, including report and dashboard development
• Familiarity with software tools like SharePoint, JIRA, or similar systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills for sharing insights and requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand and define their reporting and analytical needs
• Develop and deliver customized data reports, dashboards, and visualizations that meet client requirements
• Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and verification processes
• Document business processes, technical requirements, and project deliverables
• Present findings and insights to clients and internal teams, facilitating knowledge sharing
• Support the ongoing improvement of data reporting practices and tools
• Assist in training and deploying solutions across client organizations and internal teams
• Participate in periodic travel for project scoping, client meetings, or training sessions as needed
