Marketing Frontend Developer (DTC Brand)

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Web Developer who is adept at leveraging headless CMS platforms like Builder.io to craft visually stunning, high-converting landing pages. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing user experience, increasing engagement, and maximizing conversions across our digital properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing landing pages and website features using modern frontend frameworks and tools. Utilizing HTMl, CSS, JS and expertise in frameworks such as Vue.js.
• Headless CMS Expertise: Build and manage website content using headless CMS platforms like Builder.io, Contentful, or similar solutions.
• A/B Testing: Implement and manage A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Use data insights to iterate and enhance landing pages for better conversions and user engagement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, marketing, and analytics teams to bring creative visions to life while aligning with strategic goals.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure all pages and features are optimized for speed , scalability, and SEO best practices. Utilizing technologies such as lazy loading, critical CSS and script deferral.

Qualifications:

• Previous, proven experience in the cross-section of marketing and development and a portfolio of performance-driven web properties.
• Frontend Development: Expert in HTMl, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks such as React.js, or Vue.js. PHP & Shopify Liquid is a bonus.
• Deep understanding of headless CMS platforms such as Builder.io, Contentful, or Sanity.io, and how they integrate with modern frontends.
• A/B Testing: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, and custom implementations via JavaScript.
• Performance Tuning: Experience with CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare, AWS CloudFront) and techniques like preloading, image optimization, and code splitting.
