About The Role This is a full-time role based in our National office in Artarmon, NSW. As the Engineering Industry Manager, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives and delivering high-quality engineering services to our clients in the Process Engineering industry. What you'll be doing Provide expert-level technical support and consultancy to clients in the Process Engineering industry Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the industry Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions Lead and mentor a team of talented industry engineering professionals Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the company's strategic objectives What we're looking for Extensive experience (2-5+ years) in the Process Engineering industry Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related discipline Experience with Endress+Hauser instrumentation, process control and automation would be ideal Strong technical expertise and a deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices Excellent project management and problem-solving skills Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams Understanding of profitability and budgeting What we offer Generous salary package Performance based bonuses Car allowance and fuel card Flexible work from home arrangements Wellness allowance plus wellness day per annum
