Salary Range: $35 - $40 an hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a Product Owner with Creatio experience to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role focuses on leveraging low-code/no-code platforms to drive and direct technical processes while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, be hands-on with backlog management, and bridge the gap between IT and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and direct technical processes for low-code/no-code platform implementation, with a focus on Creatio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Interface with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and platform functionality.
• Participate in training sessions to build technical expertise and support team learning initiatives.
• Engage hands-on with the platform as needed, without requiring full developer capabilities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with low-code/no-code platforms (Creatio preferred)
• Strong technical background with the ability to dive into platform specifics and configurations.
• Proven experience in backlog management and prioritization.
• Ability to effectively interface with IT teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technical environments.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Background in technical project management or product ownership.
• Familiarity with system integration and technical workflows.
