Position Overview Global Citizen is seeking a QA Manager to lead and coordinate the quality assurance function within our agile product development team. Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, the QA Manager will ensure our platform operates reliably and meets the highest quality standards by managing testing processes, overseeing agency QA testers, and implementing continuous testing practices. They will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing test scripts, managing regression testing, and steering the development of an automated testing suite. Key Responsibilities QA Strategy and Testing Coordination - 40%
- Lead and oversee QA testing activities, collaborating with an agency partner’s QA testers.
- Develop, implement, and refine QA processes to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Ensure test coverage for new features, bug fixes, and regression testing.
- Maintain a repository of QA test scripts and ensure they remain up-to-date with new product features.
Continuous Testing and Regression Testing - 30%
- Conduct regular regression tests to identify issues in previously developed features impacted by new stories.
- Drive a continuous testing cycle as part of the agile development process, incorporating feedback loops for improvement.
- Oversee the execution of end-to-end testing on multiple platforms and ensure smooth product delivery.
Automation and Quality Improvement - 20%
- Champion the implementation of an automated testing suite and work with stakeholders to prioritize automation for key product features.
- Identify and drive continuous improvements in testing strategies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Collaboration and Reporting - 10%
- Work closely with the Senior Product Owner, Product, and Development teams to align QA priorities with product goals.
- Generate and present QA performance reports, including bug tracking and resolution metrics.
Requirements For Success Education & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a QA leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of working in agile environments and implementing QA processes across multiple projects.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, as well as manual testing methodologies.

- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
- Proficiency with tools such as
- Target Process or other Agile project management tools
- Selenium, and automated testing frameworks.
- Knowledge or experience of ADA/WCAG (or equivalent) accessibility testing

- Salary Range: £36,000 - £38,000
