About the project:

As an IT Product Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing business and IT solution demands within a complex system environment. Your role includes ensuring the integrity of the ecosystem, coordinating vendor activities, and facilitating key interactions with business stakeholders. You will also support solution discussions and maintain critical documentation to ensure compliance in a validated environment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and contributing to the planning and execution of business and IT solution demands.
• Managing and overseeing changes impacting system integrity and compliance.
• Supervising vendor activities, including stand-ups, troubleshooting, system changes, and ServiceNOW executions.
• Facilitating interactions with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Organizing and leading meetings and solution discussions.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Knowledge of Windchill and its components.
• Background in IT Product Ownership and ecosystem management.
• Strong project and change management skills, particularly in quality assurance.
• Experience in vendor management and coordinating IT service providers.
• Familiarity with ServiceNOW or similar ITSM tools.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience with CAD tools.
• Understanding of solution architecture in an IT context.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement**.Your personality:**
