Currently we are looking for a PO.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers
• Flawless project management skills and the ability to ensure product strategy is always on schedule through multiple iterations
• Solid knowledge of product design, user experience and software development processes, and best practices
• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Understanding of business value related to features and functions
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders

Regarding responsibilities:

• Roadmap, feature planning, epic creation, and alignment
• Delivery planning and delivery management, creation, development and maintenance of team metrics and goals
• Alignment (both operational and strategic) with internal customers in multiple geographical areas: EU, Asia, NA
• Operational leadership and initiative in areas like team ceremonies, delivery lifecycle, reporting, demos, and release management
