REMOTE Senior AI/ML Software Engineer - Python

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (100% REMOTE! Salary: $175-225k/year + bonus + equity! As we continue to grow, we're looking for a hands-on Senior-level Software Engineer with AI & Machine Learning experience to join our team. In this role, you'll build new features & improve existing features, with a special focus on AI/ML technologies. What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee the creation and implementation of Machine Learning models
• Instruct, and assess Machine Learning models and Large Language Models
• Develop features and continuously track their influence on model performance
• Enhance models to boost accuracy and relevance
• Streamline AI/ML workflows for efficiency, scalability, and sustainability
• Coach and support engineers, offering technical knowledge and encouraging best practices in engineering and machine learning
• Keep abreast of the latest innovations and trends in AI/ML and related technologies
• Collaborate with a highly dynamic team to provide comprehensive solutions for business processes, utilizing web technologies, databases, and server platforms
• Design and build high-quality, scalable, robust, and reusable code and components
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation

What I Need From You

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning models - including the ability to train & evaluate ML models
• Experience fine-tuning and deploying Large Language Models
• Programming skills in Python
• Web development principles
• BS in Computer Science or similar
• Startup experience is a huge plus!
