Technical Cofounder - Full Stack Developer

Seeking Technical Co-Founder — EarthOne (LLM Operating System)

We are looking for a technical co-founder to join EarthOne, a new venture focused on developing powerful, AI-driven tools for solving complex, real-world challenges.

Our first subsidiary product is a next-generation LLM-based operating system — a cognitive framework built around a core Python library and designed for scalability, customization, and deep integration with human workflows. This system will evolve from a programmable core into a user-facing application, capable of handling sophisticated reasoning, automation, and orchestration tasks.

What we are looking for:

• Full-stack software engineer with strong Python fundamentals
• Experience in LLMs and natural language interfaces
• Comfort with building from scratch, rapidly iterating, and working with abstract system architectures
• Bonus: familiarity with distributed systems, agent-based models, or cognitive architectures

You’ll join at the earliest stage, help shape the system, and lead technical development. Equity will be offered in the product subsidiary under EarthOne.
