Product Operations Manager

The Opportunity Here at Findex we are currently looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our Operational Efficiency team. This is an initial 18 month max-term contract position with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia for the right person.  The Product Operations Manager is responsible for bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution to ensure the seamless transition of Findex proprietary projects. Acting as the key liaison between Operations Efficiency divisional Project teams, Continuous Improvement teams, and Digital/Product Development teams, this role ensures that clients (both internal and external) are successfully adopting and utilising the product or service.     What will your typical week look like? 

• Drive the operational integration of proprietary digital solutions, ensuring seamless adoption, business value realisation, and operational efficiency gains through world-class onboarding, training and change management approaches
• Facilitate continuous feedback loops between users and Product teams, ensuring proprietary digital solutions evolve based on real-world operational needs and efficiency goals
• Identify opportunities for process and technology enhancements, ensuring proprietary digital solutions drive business innovation
• Identify gaps and opportunities, and addressing those as needed, ensuring high levels of understanding and use of the product
• Monitor and report on product adoption, obtain feedback, and identify barriers to usability and performance, working with Digital teams to enhance the solution

Let’s talk about you! 

• Relevant degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or similar
• Proven experience in similar project management roles, leading digital proprietary product developments/rollouts + experience in SaaS platforms and enterprise software
• Previous experience within the financial services industry is required given the nature of Findex as an organisation
• Strong understanding of data health, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data throughout its lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be able to assess, monitor, and maintain the quality of data to meet high standards for decision-making and operational efficiency
• Any of the following experience would be highly advantageous: Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and/ or Certified Scrum Product Owner
