Job Description

As IT Project Manager / Implementation Manager you play a crucial role in our mission "Empower Every Employee". You enable our customers to roll out the Flip app to hundreds of thousands of employees. As part of the Customer Success Engineering team, you will be responsible for the technical implementation and customization of the Flip SaaS environment. You will juggle a variety of IT and integration projects for our customers and always keep an eye on the Flip mission, customer success and our product.

• help the CSE team to achieve their ambitious goals
• work with our sales team at the beginning of each project
• make our customers successful by implementing our integration projects
• be the linchpin throughout the project duration when it comes to coordinating requirements, problem solving and developing customized software
• work actively with the customer's functional departments, e.g. Project Management, Technology, IT and Security
• have the authority to make decisions on all technical issues and thus contribute to the successful completion of the project
• are in close contact with our external development partners to ensure smooth cooperation

What you bring to the table

You...

• have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management, delivery and/or implementation of SaaS products
• bring basic coding and / or development know-how
• have experience with SSO (OIDC, Azure AD), REST API and the provision of API-based integrations in enterprise IT
• are well-versed in project management, preferably agile
• have worked directly with enterprise clients and work effectively in cross-functional teams
• can easily build relationships with internal and external stakeholders due to your customer- and people-oriented approach
• have a fluent command of German and English

Nice to have

• you have sales experience, ideally SaaS B2B experience
