As the the Product Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic architect responsible for elevating IE's market presence, driving subscription growth, and implementing data-driven marketing innovations across our digital ecosystem.

Availability for off-hours or on-call duties on a rotating basis and international traveling every few months may be required.This role is full-time contract initially.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for IE website, newsletters, jobs, IE PRO and IE+ subscription models
  • Develop sophisticated customer segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Create differentiated value propositions for each subscription tier (Free, PRO, IE+)
  • Build predictive models for customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value
  • Develop advanced subscription growth frameworks
  • Design and implement comprehensive A/B testing strategies across: Pricing models, Subscription landing pages, Conversion funnels, Feature bundling, Retention mechanisms
  • Create predictive churn prevention models
  • Develop personalized re-engagement campaigns for different subscriber segments
  • Map and continuously refine end-to-end customer journeys for multiple user personas
  • Implement advanced user experience (UX) optimization strategies
  • Design cross-platform engagement strategies integrating web, mobile, and emerging platforms
  • Develop sophisticated user segmentation and personalization frameworks
  • Establish comprehensive marketing analytics infrastructure
  • Create dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
  • Implement advanced conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
  • Develop predictive models using machine learning for: User behavior prediction, Content recommendation
  • Subscription propensity scoring
  • Lead technical marketing stack integration
  • Oversee implementation of advanced marketing technologies
  • Develop cross-platform tracking and attribution models
  • Create scalable marketing automation workflows
  • Drive alignment between product, engineering, editorial, and marketing teams
  • Establish clear communication protocols and shared OKRs
  • Create knowledge-sharing frameworks for continuous learning
  • Determine ROI and potential investment figures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related
  • field; Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record developing positioning, messaging, and executing go-to-market

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, content management systems, and digital analytics tools
  • Experience marketing in technology, engineering, or scientific fields
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with strategic and innovative mindset
  • Native or professional-level English language skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and create compelling content that resonates with
  • key audiences
  • Experience in B2B marketing preferred but not required
  • Deep expertise in: Digital marketing strategies, subscription economy models, data analytics and marketing intelligence, user experience design, A/B testing methodologies, marketing automation tools, CRM systems
