The Role

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer who specializes in Webflow to own, build, and maintain high-performing, responsive websites. You’ll collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to bring ideas to life and ensure every pixel serves a purpose.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain responsive, conversion-optimized pages in Webflow
• Translate Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD designs into fully functional Webflow pages
• Implement animations, interactions, and CMS-driven content
• Ensure SEO best practices, page speed, and accessibility are always top-of-mind
• Collaborate with marketing to launch campaigns, landing pages, and experiments fast
• Manage Webflow CMS collections and assets
• (Optional) Write clean custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with Webflow (portfolio required)
• Strong eye for UI/UX and pixel-perfect implementation
• Solid understanding of responsive design, SEO fundamentals, and page performance
• Experience working with CMS collections and custom workflows
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Make, or CMS API integrations
• Bonus: Frontend dev skills (JavaScript, CSS animations, GSAP, etc.)
