We’re seeking a Digital & UX Designer who blends creative design skills with conversion-driven thinking. You’ll craft compelling digital experiences, web pages, and print assets while optimizing user flows to generate high-quality leads.

What You’ll DoWeb & UX Design:

• Design and optimize landing pages for lead generation
• Ensure a seamless, mobile-first UX/UI across all touch points
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:

• Design and refine quiz-based lead funnels
• Implement and test conversion-focused design elements
• Optimize CTAs, form flows, and user journeys

Print & Branding Assets:

• Create visually compelling brochures, one-pagers, and business cards
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials

Collaboration & Strategy:

• Work closely with marketing, developers, and leadership to refine PCM Encore’s digital presence
• Stay ahead of UX/UI trends and best practices to enhance engagement

What We’re Looking ForDesign Expertise:

• Strong portfolio in web, UX, and print design
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Aesthetic sense that aligns with high-end financial services

Conversion & Lead Gen Focus:

• Experience designing for high-converting landing pages
• Familiarity with lead gen tools (Typeform, HubSpot, Unbounce, etc.)
• A/B testing experience is a plus

Financial Services Industry Experience (Required):

• Prior experience designing for wealth management, fintech, insurance, or financial advisory firms
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance in marketing materials
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into visually compelling, easy-to-digest designsTechnical & Marketing Know-How:

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (bonus, not required)
• Understanding of SEO and CRO best practices
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
