Frontend Developer (Javascript, Three.js, WebGL)

• The role: Front End Web Developer (Three.js, JavaScript, WebGL)
• Business: Global Media Technologies
• Contract: 5 months (to start ASAP – max 4 weeks notice) with a strong poss. of extension
• Salary: £98k to £105k basic (PAYE, paid weekly, WITHIN IR35)
• Location: Remote role for candidates within the Manchester / North West UK regionsYou must be fully clear to work in the UK without relocation / sponsorship requirementsThe role:

Joining a versatile & experience development team; you will be rebuilding with inspiration from an early prototype / older version, you will directly work on a high-quality public facing demonstration of advanced research work suitable for a broad audience (from scientists in the field to general tech). You’ll also directly work with the design and UXR team to implement the target user experience while best accounting for constraints of the demonstration environment

About you:

• You must be an expert front end developer with at least 8+ years in a similar role; more so within a remote working environment
• You’ll have worked on a public facing product with evidence to show
• Visual front-end work (canvas, CCS filter) is required
• Experience with Python, ML models, Transformers.js, HuggingFace etc is highly advantageous
