About Radilink Join Radilink and play a key role in the stablecoin network. Our state-of-the-art API framework provides 24/7 infrastructure for global transactions with stablecoin-powered transfers that are fast, low-cost, and fully compliant with regulatory standards. About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our stablecoins infrastructure layer. As a key product team member, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling a robust and reliable infrastructure that supports our stablecoin offerings. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the highest quality, security, and compliance standards. What You'll Be Doing:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a long-term product strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, identify opportunities, and anticipate competitive threats
• Product Development: Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create comprehensive product roadmaps
• Technical Expertise: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the technical feasibility and scalability of our infrastructure
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with stablecoin infrastructure, including security, regulatory, and operational risks
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market plans for new infrastructure features and products
• Customer Focus: Gather feedback from customers and partners to improve product offerings and address their evolving needs
• Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators mertics to measure the success of our infrastructure layer and make data-driven decisions

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in financial technology or blockchain products, especially in fast-growing start-up environments
• Experience with products involving payments, smart contract development, and stablecoin technologies
• In-depth knowledge of stablecoins, blockchain technology, and distributed systems
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving products from concept to launch
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels
• Advanced English proficiency
• Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field.

We'd Love If You Have:

• Experience building within web3/with blockchain technologies, understanding of financial markets, and stablecoin economics
• Experience in building horizontal products
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and compliance standards related to stablecoins

Interview Process From the first to the final stage, we do our best to keep the entire process under three weeks. Our interviews take place via Meet and typically consist of the following stages:

• Internal Recruiter Call: 45 - 60 minutes
• Technical Workshop: 60 minutes
• Final Interview: 60 minutes
