Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking passionate Project Managers with experience in the Pensions and Financial Services sector to join our client's dynamic home-based team. If you love leading cross-functional projects and managing client relationships, this role is for you! ONLY CANDIDATES WITH PENSION EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.What You’ll Do:

• Drive successful project delivery by managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead and motivate teams while ensuring a positive project culture.
• Oversee a variety of projects, including regulatory changes, system updates, and client onboarding.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the pension lifecycle, including annual cycles, increases, and calculations.
• Chair project meetings and manage Business Analysts and Project Managers, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Maintain project governance by preparing project plans and producing PRINCE documents, risk logs, and action logs.
• Engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levels, ensuring strong management and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of project management experience in the pensions sector.
• Strong understanding of the pensions lifecycle and project governance.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• PRINCE2 certification or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Salary range: £52k to £78k depending on experience.
• Remote role across the UK
