Role Description

We’re looking for a skilled Senior iOS Developer to join Spoony as the lead iOS Developer, reporting directly to our CTO. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the iOS development process, working independently to deliver high-quality code and solutions.

Spoony is a growing startup with a small engineering team, so you’ll need to be resourceful and comfortable tackling challenges in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a proactive problem solver who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in dynamic settings, we’d love to hear from you.

Location

This is a hybrid remote role. While you’ll primarily work remotely, we prefer candidates based in Sydney who can meet and collaborate in person with our CTO as needed.

Contract

3 months (January 27th to April 27th) with the possibility of an extension

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in SwiftUI
• Experience in Senior roles
• iOS Development and Mobile Application Development skills
• Experience in developing software for iOS platforms
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture
• Proficiency in iOS app development frameworks
• Knowledge of software development best practices
• Experience with healthcare or accessibility-focused applications is a plus
