Python /Data Engineer

Required Skills:

Core Technical Skills:

8+ years of experience in Data Engineering

• Strong proficiency in Python development
• Experience with Pytest for unit testing
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry (basic exposure acceptable)
• Proficient in using Poetry for dependency and packaging management
• Comfortable using VS Code, particularly with Dev Containers
• Solid experience in SQL querying
• Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps (ADO) or GitLab
• Experience in creating and maintaining automation pipelines

Cloud & DevOps:

• Generalist knowledge of Azure (via Portal and automation)
• Exposure to Azure automation tools and cloud-based deployment models
