Lead Full-Stack Developer (Equity-Based) | Fintech Startup

This is an equity-based contract role, not a salaried position. 10% ownership in Ventry, with future financial incentives as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop the platform from the ground up, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Lead front-end and back-end development, creating a seamless, AI-powered user experience.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to align tech with the brand’s high-end exclusivity.
• Make key tech decisions to drive innovation and scalability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Proficiency in: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, AWS, or Firebase (or similar stack).
• Experience with AI integration is a strong plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset—this isn’t a regular job, it’s about building something revolutionary.
• Passion for finance, investments, and exclusive products is a plus.
