• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing) to generate leads and convert them into appointments.
• Implement email marketing strategies to nurture leads and enhance client retention.
• Tailor marketing strategies for immigration, litigation, and commercial law in Australia while ensuring compliance with legal marketing regulations.
• Create educational content to inform potential clients about legal services and processes.
• Utilize Smokeball for client and case management, integrating marketing efforts with CRM features.
• Manage website content, blogs, and social media to establish the firm as a thought leader.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights and reports for strategy improvements.

Must Haves

• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and appointment booking.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Experience in marketing for immigration, litigation, and commercial law in Australia.
• Proficiency in Smokeball or similar legal practice management software.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Australian legal industry regulations and compliance.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
