- Administrative Support Technician
The Office of Payroll Administration is seeking an Application Support Technician to assist with the ongoing production maintenance of the HR and Benefits system, alongside payroll and pension systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting file transmission issues, writing UNIX scripts, and utilizing BPML for file transfers.
Salary: $86,196 - $110,000.
- Digital Evidence Specialist
The New York County District Attorney’s Office is hiring for a Digital Evidence Specialist role in the High-Tech Analysis Unit. Duties involve preparing case evidence documentation, scheduling appointments, and troubleshooting computer hardware.
Salary: $55,150. A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Director of User Support
The Financial Information Services Agency is looking for a Director of User Support to oversee the FISA-OPA User Support Center. Responsibilities include managing help desk staff, reviewing incident reports, and enhancing citywide applications by acting as a liaison between technical teams and end users.
Salary: $84,109 - $150,000. A bachelor’s degree and four years of experience are required.
