Web Designer

Adecco Creative and Marketing is recruiting a skilled Web Designer with experience in Webflow and WordPress to help redesign, program, and integrate our clients web presence with marketing initiatives. This part-time role (8-16 hours per week) is ideal for someone looking to contribute to a self-serve platform, manage a blog, and work collaboratively with a team.

The pay range for this role is between $30-$50hr. Rate is based on education, experience, location and other factors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Redesign and maintain company websites, ensuring seamless integration with marketing efforts.
• Work with Google AdWords and other digital marketing tools to optimize web performance.
• Create and manage a blog, ensuring high-quality content and user engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in web design across all project phases.
• Proficiency in Webflow, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with UX/UI design is a plus.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally while meeting deadlines.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

This role offers flexible hours and the ability to work alongside another full-time position.
