Senior PMO / PM

Role: Partner System Readiness Wave Deployment PMO

Place: 100% remote

Salary: 60 - 75 PLN net + VAT/h, B2B (perm conytract is possible)

Key Responsibilities:

• Tracking and Management of PSR - related Project deliverables is paramount to this role to ensure the team as a Shared Service, accomplishes what is expected in terms of the key gate milestone tasks, activities and deliverables.
• The PSR PMO will work with the PMO Lead and other PMOs within the Deployment team to establish a good working framework and to understand core dependencies across relevant disciplines.
• The PMO should be in a position to support the Lead and work alongside the Integration Leads, Site IT Leads and Business Analysts in their Key Activities and to ensure clear communications, updates and status reporting.
• The PMO will also ensure all members of the Team, including the Site IT Leads of the relevant E2E Streams are adequately onboarded /supported/coached in order that they are clear on reporting and project management expectations.
• It is envisaged that the role will be full-time. The role needs to be established (for affiliates it might be less) in order to ensure adequate planning and readiness for the deployment commencement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Planning and Scheduling
• Ensure project management methodology is in place in a timely manner and the relevant team members are trained/coached in how to use it.
• Troubleshooting, i.e. the ability to bring team together to resolve challenges to progress
• Ensure that all acceptance criteria are known and measured (as this will be key in the later phases where the gates and checkpoints come thick and fast.)
• Define all “stage gates” ensuring PMO and compliance elements incorporated
• Implement status reporting for project activities
• Comply with PMO reporting expectations. Ensure clarity on reporting and escalation needs

Qualifications:

• Education: Professional Project Management credentials, degree or master degree preferred
• Project Management/PMO in large complex projects (min. 3 years)
• Over 5 years of business and IT experience
• Leadership role(s)
• Understanding of ERP / SAP, deliverables and the compliance needs /implications
• Excellent communication skills. (the role requires clear direction, but also will involve global and cross site engagement for both straightforward communication, and also influencing)
• Advanced knowledge about PMM and process harmonization
• Knowledge in Finances with particular concentration on Budgetin and cost control
• Ideally experience of multi-site/global projects
• Ability to work in a matrix environment. Controlling/developing PMO deliverables and supporting other teams as appropriate
• Ability to understand the nature of risks and promote/support appropriate
• Ability to influence, esp. within a global team environment
• Ability to work within a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English (written/spoken)
