The Role As a Program Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of consulting projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, meet client expectations, and align with company goals. You’ll play a critical role in resource planning, risk management, and continuous improvement, driving both project success and business growth. What You’ll Do ✅ Own & manage a portfolio of consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and business goals. ✅ Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and quality standards. ✅ Lead resource planning, optimising scheduling and team allocation for maximum efficiency. ✅ Identify & mitigate risks, proactively resolving project issues and ensuring smooth execution. ✅ Communicate with stakeholders, keeping clients and internal teams informed and engaged. ✅ Manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are utilised effectively. ✅ Implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. ✅ Mentor and support project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. What You Bring 🔹 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. 🔹 Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a SaaS-based environment. 🔹 Experience working within or partnering with Local Government, State, or Federal Government sectors (highly desirable). 🔹 Strong budget management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope. 🔹 Excellent stakeholder communication and client relationship skills. 🔹 Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise to navigate complex challenges. 🔹 A leadership style that inspires, mentors, and drives team success.
