Payment Operations Project Coordinator

BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a Payment Operations Project Coordinator based in Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage the payments platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Facilitate new payment integrations and enhancements to the existing integrations.
• Collaborate with managers in operational teams and system analysts to diagnose and resolve payment-related issues.
• Review current payment flows and propose optimisations to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Ensure alignment between technical and business teams, maintaining a steady workflow for all stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new integrations and system updates.
• Document processes, workflows, and enhancements for internal reference and training.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging payment technologies.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse workflows and suggest process improvements.
• Care in dealing with sensitive information.
• Ability to understand both written and oral instructions in English.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
• Ability to independently research solutions and solve problems.
• Previous experience in payments administration, fintech, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of payment platforms, gateways, and cashier systems.
• Experience with payment integrations and APls.
• Experience in project management would be an asset.
• Knowledge of Sportsbook industry would be an asset.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in online payments is a plus.
