Your Role at autoMEE:

• Manage AI-driven projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Oversee people management, ensuring team members are aligned, motivated, and meeting performance expectations.
• Execute and enforce team deadlines, maintaining accountability across departments.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor progress using project management tools.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success.

Who We Are Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the SME sector.

✅ Experience working with CRM systems, marketing tools, paid advertising, and automation technologies – essential requirement.

✅ Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate teams effectively.

✅ Proven track record in executing and meeting project deadlines.

✅ Proficiency in project management tools.

✅ Fluent English C2 level for collaboration with English-speaking clients.

What We Offer:

💼 Competitive salary: 8,000 - 12,000 PLN net/month, with commission on project closures

📑 Collaboration on a B2B contract
