Technical Project Manager

The Agile Technical Project Manager for the Core Navigation teams will work as a liaison across technical teams as needed to overcome technical roadblocks, facilitate technical integration discussions and to escalate technical issues to technical team leadership and the PMO as necessary.

Responsibilities include planning and overseeing feature delivery of these teams by:

• Working with the Scrum Masters and Product Owners to develop incremental work plans that are aligned with the overall product backlog priorities and program dependencies.
• Monitoring progress against the incremental plan, identifying risks and communicating updates to the Program Manager and stakeholders as appropriate.
• Coordinating and facilitating Scrum of Scrum sessions across the Navigator product and core development teams ensuring teams are getting what they need and communicating any blockers. Then working with leadership and service teams to remove blockers.
• Serving as a representative during program sessions and in communication with the PMO, allowing teams to focus on delivery.
• Planning and facilitating cross team refinement sessions to break down features into feature stories and enablers. Ensuring shared understanding across the teams and that all work is documented and shared.
• Planning and facilitating cross team meetings for architectural design and solutioning at the feature level. Ensuring design decisions are well understood, agreed upon, documented and shared.
• Planning and facilitating sessions with testing, ensuring code is coordinated into testing environments and working with leads and Product to identify and appropriately prioritize defects into the product backlog.
