Project Manager

We are an AI software company dedicated to helping clients increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve cash flow. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading client facing AI software implementations. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the implementation aligns with client expectations and is backed by high-quality, validated data. The Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring seamless solution delivery, high-quality data outputs, and long-term client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary client point of contact for project planning, execution, go-live, and post go-live
• Translate unique client needs into clear business requirements for the internal software development team
• Leverage procurement and analytics experience to anticipate, identify, and resolve client data issues
• Liaise with software development team to perform data sanity checks, identify inconsistencies, and ensure data integrity
• Coordinate implementation go-live activities and post-launch reporting updates with stakeholders
• Manage ongoing client relationships including upsell of additional services
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal delivery frameworks

Qualifications:

• Excellent project management discipline (5+ years of consulting and/or project management experiences)
• Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills
• Demonstrated expertise in managing implementations / software deployments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Experience in Procurement
• Experience in Healthcare / Pharma software
• Experience working with PE firms and/or PE backed portfolio companies
• Familiarity with AI and/or data-driven platforms
