Product Manager
Job Description
Posted on: April 28, 2026
Product Manager — Digital Health (Remote, UK)Who we are? Cowlabs is a multi-product app studio. Our team creates successful products from scratch combining technical expertise, business experience, and a rich network of innovators. We build consumer-oriented software products that users love. One of our portfolio ventures — a digital health platform helping people take control of their personal health records and medical history — is hiring its next Product Manager. The next chapter needs someone who can take a meaningful slice of the product and run with it.
Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who has shipped consumer products and knows how to grow them. You've worked in wellness, digital health, mental health, or an adjacent space. You're fluent in modern consumer marketing — you've sat next to growth teams running Meta and TikTok ads, you get how influencer and UGC content drives conversion, and you can read a funnel report and know what to do next. You don't need to be a marketer, but you need to think like one.
As a Product Manager you:
- Are rigorous about user research and know that one user interview isn't a conclusion.
- Are disciplined about segmenting feedback before it shapes the product roadmap.
- Are capable with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Lovable, Base44, or Replit.
- Can't wait to discuss the latest Lenny's Newsletter or podcast episode with your colleagues.
- Are extremely independent, decide on your own, and unblock yourself rather than wait.
We prioritise hardcore skills, curiosity, and a natural ability to get things done, rather than formal education or years of experience. If you have ever built your own startup, regardless of the outcome, that's a huge plus!
What will you do? You'll own the whole product and the funnel that brings users into it. Day to day, that means working closely with engineering and growth to ship features people actually use, run experiments across the acquisition funnel (ads → landing → onboarding → activation), and turn user research into decisions that move metrics. You'll also help sharpen the product's positioning — there's a strong story to tell, and the next chapter of the experience needs someone who can tell it through the product itself.
You'll be responsible for:
- Owning the product roadmap end-to-end.
- Running the acquisition funnel and the experiments that improve it.
- Shaping the team's day-to-day operations and workflow.
Where and how will you work? This full-time position offers adequate startup compensation in your preferred currency and share options. Remote and UK-based, with travel to Switzerland when needed (covered). Start date: ASAP.
The opportunity This venture is on a path toward spinning out from the studio as an independent company. For the right candidate, there's a clear path to becoming Chief Product Officer of the spinout — should both you and the venture want that. We're hiring someone we'd be excited to back into that role, not just fill the seat today.
