Associate Project Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Associate Project Manager manages the end-to-end delivery of business projects. Work is performed with minimal oversight and is reviewed at critical points. Uses evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select right course of action. Ensures the planning and execution of phases meet the project scope, cost, schedule and quality expectations approved by project stakeholders throughout the project's life cycle.

This contractor will be supporting one of the Program Managers and will be in the PMO. As manager is packaging all project details together, this contractor will be following up and managing the smaller workstreams that are short in nature

Requirements:

• Experience with MS Project ranging from Intermediate to advanced levels

• Proficient in MS Office Suite- Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong background with Agile Project Delivery Required

• Managing end to end workstream delivery

• Experience managing medium to large projects, particularly within human capital management (HCM) and Sas

•Skilled in working across functions such as Consulting company, Stakeholders and IT and build and maintain the relationships.

• Escalate Risk and Issues coming from the workstream

Day to Day responsibilities

• PMO Duties
• Coordinating status reports
• Preparing PPT decks
• Capturing meeting notes and follow ups
• Collecting Data
• Rolling up risk and issues_
• Communicating information to the PM Lead
