Business Operations Analyst (remote working option) - Eviden

Are you on the look-out for an exciting new opportunity? We are looking for a colleague to join our team as Business Operations Analyst! For this exciting opportunity, the individual will support operations by identifying areas for improvements and ensure accurate and timely processing of requests by using internal resources.

Main Responsibilities

• Creation, analysis, control and consultation of project calculations in the offer process (fixed-price projects; inside and outside suppliers; financing models, international issues).
• Lead the data aspect of the contract within the project lifecycle process (project creation, invoicing, project completion, project maintenance) including appropriate plausibility checks.
• Clarification of outstanding claims
• Implementation of value flows including processes for acquiring/resolving billing-relevant data
• Contact person for internal audits and auditors in collaboration with the contract controller
• Preparation, consolidation, analysis of the monthly, quarterly, annual financial status report according to the reporting rules, implementation of forecast and budgeting activities at project level
• Structure and creation of critical metric reports
• Control of analysis projects related to profitability and implementation of control parameters for the operational units
• Technical coordination of commercial teams and special topics

Main requirements:

• A university degree Bachelor or Master in accounting, finance or economics
• Working experience in relevant field or in accounting, auditing or controlling
• Experience with SAP, Excel, etc.
• Proficient English language skills
• Experience in leading projects
• Experience in business analyses concepts, tools and technics
• Аttention to detail and the ability to interpret and explain data
