• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market needs.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to refine product vision and strategy.

Product Development & Management

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-market enhancements.
• Ensure the development of high-impact features that enhance user experience and compliance capabilities.
• Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, and data teams to prioritize and deliver scalable solutions.

Market & Customer Engagement

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Engage with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product concepts.
• Advocate for customer needs, ensuring the development of solutions that address pain points and compliance challenges.

Process Optimization & Performance Tracking

• Implement agile best practices and optimize workflows for efficient product delivery.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and team performance.
• Foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the product management team.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience working in the EHS software industry or a related regulatory compliance space.
• Strong understanding of agile product development, UX principles, and SaaS business models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to drive product success.
