The Role 🤔

As Product Owner at SEAT Code you will be working with a prioritized roadmap, collaborating closely with your agile team and relevant stakeholders to ensure that objectives are broken down into deliverable tasks and that the backlog reflects the product vision and goals. You will also play a key role in creating the roadmap alongside the Product Managers, helping to shape priorities and ensure alignment with business needs.

What we are expecting from you 🥰

  • Partner with Product Managers and/or stakeholders to develop and refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs.
  • Act as the point of contact for the agile team, bridging the gap between stakeholders and the team.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with the product vision, goals, and business priorities.
  • Break down high-level objectives into actionable and deliverable tasks in collaboration with the agile team.
  • Regularly refine and update the backlog based on evolving requirements, stakeholder feedback, and data.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
  • Together with the Team Lead, provide input to the stakeholders to shape priorities and strategic direction based on team capacity and feasibility.
  • Drive continuous improvements within the team by incorporating feedback and adapting processes as needed.
  • Promote an agile mindset and support the team in adopting best practices for collaboration and delivery.
  • Leverage an analytical mindset and use data and evidence to support your arguments and decisions.
  • Facilitate alignment and consensus with partners by clearly communicating your ideas and leveraging strong communication skills to ensure shared understanding and collaboration among all stakeholders.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:What we need 🧐

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Digital Project Manager in Agile or Lean environments.
  • Familiarity with working in complex settings involving multiple teams, dependencies, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making in different contexts.
  • Be a strong team player and promote our culture of feedback and openness.
  • Be a role model of agile working and innovation.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience working with engineers, designers, and business teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.
  • Knowledge or certification in SAFe is a plus.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
