We’re working with a fast-growing AI startup on a mission to reshape the way people think, write, and work—challenging incumbents like Notion, Linear, and Airtable. With over $25M in funding led by OpenAI, this team is building a powerful, intelligent workspace that combines real-time collaboration with proactive AI assistance.

They’re now hiring a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer to build intuitive, dynamic user experiences powered by cutting-edge AI. This is a hands-on product-focused role where you’ll work across the stack to deliver magical workflows that feel like the future.

What You’ll Do

• Build real-time, collaborative interfaces where AI co-edits notes alongside users

• Design and implement offline-first experiences that sync seamlessly across devices

• Develop asynchronous workflows to enable AI to operate even when users are offline

• Integrate data pipelines from tools like email and calendar into a unified workspace

• Craft elegant, intuitive UIs that make complex AI capabilities feel simple and delightful

• Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback and live product signals

• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape roadmap and architecture

Tech Stack

• React & TypeScript (modern hooks-based architecture)

• Python for backend services

• LLMs via OpenAI and other APIs

• Real-time features using WebSockets and shared-state architecture

• Offline-first sync systems and local storage strategies

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in professional software engineering, with proven growth in high-velocity startup environments

• Expertise in React and TypeScript, with a strong product intuition and UX sensibility

• Experience building and scaling real-time collaborative features

• Strong backend fundamentals and API design skills

• Practical experience integrating AI/LLMs into user-facing products

• A history of working on consumer-facing tools—especially in productivity, note-taking, or knowledge management

• Built products 0→1, either as an early engineer, founder, or solo developer

• A passion for shaping delightful user experiences with a balance of craft and speed

Bonus Points

• Experience with offline-first development and sync strategies

• Former founder or side project builder who shipped end-to-end products

• Familiarity with WebSockets, ProseMirror/TipTap, or Yjs-style collaboration frameworks

• Performance tuning with large datasets and front-end rendering optimization
