Position: Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Manager Locations: New York City, Texas - Flexible options for on-site, hybrid, or fully remote work. Our primary objective is to leverage automated underwriting, develop innovative credit products, and offer in-house financing solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Validate application functionality and implement automated tests to detect regressions.
• Review code and troubleshoot bugs to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with skilled and supportive teams on diverse, focused projects.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Django, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, React, and Node.js is essential.
• Candidates with experience in analogous technologies are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Senior Software Engineer: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Engineering Manager: 7+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.
• Experience in the finance sector is advantageous.
