This rapidly growing organisation is in the process of bringing its development function in-house and is seeking an experienced leader to drive this initiative forward. The Role

• Lead and manage a team of software developers in a fast-paced environment
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment
• Implement and maintain best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Software Development Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background in software development, with a good understanding of .NET technologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor and develop team members
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
