🐕 About the Role

As a Product Manager in our Subscriptions squad, you’ll grow and enhance our tiered pet health plans (Pet Health Club) in the UK. Collaborating with design, engineering, data, marketing, and operations, you’ll increase member engagement and retention. This role is part of the Customer Tribe, building solutions that delight pet owners worldwide.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Scale Subscriptions: Grow UK Pet Health Club plans while aligning efforts globally.
• Spot Opportunities: Identify product opportunities that balance customer needs, business goals, and tech capabilities.
• Enhance Experiences: Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing to deliver impactful features.
• Measure Success: Track product performance using KPIs to guide decisions.
• Build Relationships: Work closely with stakeholders across the business.

✅ What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of B2C product management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and work with developers.
