As a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing product and marketing data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product performance. You will leverage your skills in A/B testing, statistical methodologies, and product metrics to make data-driven decisions that will impact key business outcomes. Your insights will directly influence the product strategy, and you'll work closely with product teams to validate hypotheses, assess product changes, and detect potential issues through data analysis. Accountabilities:

• Identify and propose hypotheses to improve key product metrics, focusing on growth opportunities
• Design and analyze A/B tests and apply causal inference methodologies to assess the impact of product changes
• Create and maintain product dashboards to monitor performance and ensure data accuracy
• Detect anomalies and deviations in metrics, providing insights into potential product issues
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to prioritize, validate, and evaluate hypotheses, guiding the decision-making process with data-driven recommendations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 2 years in product analytics
• Strong proficiency in A/B testing, regression modeling, and segmentation techniques
• Expert knowledge of SQL, including window functions, query optimization, and stored procedures
• Proficiency with BI tools like Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Experience in understanding and analyzing product and marketing metrics such as LTV, CPA, retention, and user engagement
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings and influence decision-making
• Independence and proactivity in identifying growth areas and taking initiative
