Job Title: IT Business AnalystSalary: £57,000k - £62,000k anually

Fully remote occasional office visits (London based)Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working with stakeholders to implement IT solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. The IT Business Analyst will collaborate with business users, project managers, and developers to define requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT systems and solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to guide development teams.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and gap analyses for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, test, and deploy solutions that meet business needs.
• Support system implementation, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and training end-users.
• Ensure IT solutions align with business goals, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT solutions post-implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience in data analysis and process modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and digital transformation strategies.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a specific industry (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
