Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support high-impact work that contributes directly to business performance and team success. You will collaborate across functions to move priorities forward, solve complex problems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000 annually Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and roadmap for AI-powered workflow tools
• Understand customer needs through direct engagement and data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear requirements and user stories
• Own the product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement in an agile setting
• Execute quick experiments and iterate based on data and feedback
• Balance clinical safety with technical feasibility and business objectives
• Track key metrics to inform roadmap decisions and demonstrate product impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or clinical background preferred
• 4+ years of Product Management experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or AI-driven products
• Strong domain experience in healthcare, especially in healthtech or clinical software
• Proven track record in high-growth environments using Agile/Lean methodologies
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML workflow applications and understanding healthcare workflows
• Excellent storytelling skills to translate clinician pain points into actionable insights
