Job Location: Sweden Modality: Remote Time Zone Alignment: Monday – Friday. Aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST) About The Role We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to help new clients successfully onboard and start using myBasePay’s solutions. You’ll lead the entire implementation process, making sure projects run smoothly, clients feel supported, and our solutions meet their needs. This role is perfect for someone who’s great at managing projects, building relationships, and working with different teams to get things done. Key Responsibilities
- Manage Implementations – Oversee the entire setup process for new clients, keeping everything on schedule and organized.
- Work Closely with Clients – Be the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication and a great client experience.
- Understand Client Needs – Assess what each client requires and tailor our solutions to fit.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Coordinate with sales, IT, and customer success teams to align on project goals.
- Train Clients – Develop and deliver onboarding sessions so clients know how to use myBasePay’s solutions effectively.
- Provide Support – Troubleshoot any issues that come up during implementation.
- Gather Feedback – Check in with clients after implementation to see what’s working and what can be improved.
- Continuous Improvement – Help refine our approach to make future implementations even smoother.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, implementation, or a similar role—especially in payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), managed services, or business process outsourcing.
- English proficiency at a professional level or higher.
- Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience using project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Certification.
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, or financial systems.
Travel Requirements
- Travel to the U.S. up to 4 times per year.
