Information Technology Product Manager

IT Product Owner required by a global services organisation, to be based remotely, who has recently embarked on a significant IT transformation programme.

Role – IT Product Owner

Location – Remote with infrequent travel

Salary - £65,000 to £70,000 + benefits

The IT Product Owner will have demonstrable experience in IT product management or technical product ownership, a background in software development and web/mobile technologies which must include CMS (ideally Umbraco) and mobile apps (ideally React Native), have good vendor and stakeholder management capabilities, be a proven self-starter with strong collaboration, delivery focused, relationship building and integrity competencies and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Any experience of Salesforce (especially Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud) is desirable but not essential.

Your role will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and continuous improvement of cutting-edge digital products that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiencies of the services. This involves managing the entire lifecycle of digital products, from conception onwards, ensuring seamless integration of websites, mobile applications, booking engines, on site solutions and third-party systems.
