Job Title: Technical Product Marketing Manager 

Salary Range: £50,000-£80,000

Mindset AI is an AI agent builder platform that enables people to build, manage and deploy AI agents with just natural language on top of their data & IP. We are taking a unique approach; making it as simple as writing a document to create complex AI agents and automations.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella believes that “every technology company in the world must become AI-native,” and Y Combinator predicts AI agents will be “10x bigger than SaaS.” Yet for most companies, AI remains expensive, time-consuming and difficult to implement at scale, leaving them vulnerable as AI-powered software rapidly reshapes the market.

Mindset AI provides a faster, simpler alternative. It enables SaaS companies to build and embed AI agents using just natural language, turning their proprietary content, IP, and expertise into AI features. Instead of being disrupted by AI-first competitors, companies can embed their own AI agents natively

About the Role

Mindset has evolved lots over the past 18 months, having grown 120%, raised more investment and in the process of setting up in the US. A core part of our strategy is to work with technical teams and product management, so we are looking for a technical product marketer to help us achieve that goal.

Key Responsibilities

• Positioning & Messaging: Help us revamp the website for technical audiences, so companies understand exactly how we work within their current product and create value for them and their users.
• Developer Engagement: Create and execute campaigns for developers and product teams. Produce demos, code samples, architectural breakdowns, whitepapers, integration guides, and webinars. Translate technical details, such as our integration with popular JavaScript frameworks, into clear benefits for technical audiences  
• Documentation & Content Strategy: Work with the team on API references, technical guides, and solution breakdowns. Keep documentation updated as product features evolve and create market-facing technical content.
• Campaign & Launch Planning: Coordinate cross-functional product launches and campaigns alongside the product team, marketing and sales.
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Track AI and developer tool trends, benchmark competitors, and refine messaging based on insights.
• Sales & Partner Enablement: Develop technical demos, pitch decks, and code snippets. Train sales and partner teams on product architecture, objections and provide support during key engagements.
• Community Outreach: Engage with developer communities on forums, conferences, and social media. Gather feedback to inform product improvements.
• Go-to-Market Alignment: Ensure the product and roadmap is aligned with our GTM.

Skills & experience 

• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of programming concepts, APIs, SDKs, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Content Creation: Strong technical writing skills for whitepapers, guides, and architectural diagrams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research 
• Marketing Strategy: Experience planning and executing campaigns and product launches.
• Communication: Clear, concise communication for primarily technical audiences 
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Good collaboration experience with product, engineering, and sales teams.
• Sales Enablement: Ability to develop demos, pitch decks, and support materials.
• Community Engagement: Skills in engaging and gathering feedback from developer communities, events and thought-leaders.
