• 5+ years managing custom software projects, from scratch and post-deployment.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
• Proven track record in delivering tailored software solutions across industries.
• Strong leadership in managing teams and client relationships.
• Experience guiding technical milestones and solving complex problems.

• Manage client relationships, providing strategic guidance.
• Mentor teams, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to account planning and revenue growth.

Nice to Have:
