My client works in the exciting and growing market of renewable energies. This diverse, exciting team has set itself the goal of offering the best technical support for the energy storage systems that are being looked after.

Tasks:

• Develop and deliver engaging product training sessions customers to explain the storage systems
• Create and update training materials, manuals, and online resources.
• Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to ensure accuracy of training content
• Technical customer service for customers
• Analysis and identification of error patterns
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members post-training.

Profile:

• A general understanding of electrotechnical topics (e.g voltage, current, cabling)
• Good communication skills, positive attitude, team spirit and quality awareness
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in creating engaging presentations and training materials.
• Ability to adapt training methods to various audiences and learning styles.
• German Mandatory (native level )
• Good knowledge of English (or other languages) is an advantage
