Description
RE/MAX is looking for a customer-focused, data-driven, Product Manager with experience monetizing consumer facing digital channels with new and dynamic advertising products and placements. As a team member working closely with an energetic agile team you will serve as the interface between our customers, development team, media agency and marketing team throughout the planning and product development process of our online advertising product deliverables. You will collaborate closely with internal and external customers to understand business goals and identify business problems that may be effectively resolved with new technology solutions. You will deliver measurable business results through product solutions that meet both market needs and company goals.
Essential Duties:
- Create new advertising products, formats and placements across our consumer facing digital landscape to enable our sales team to monetize traffic within RE/MAX media channels.
- Maintain ad formats and specifications for each of our digital channels
- Manage advertising performance reporting for our clients across web, email and social channels
- Oversee internal campaign reporting and metrics
- Gather feedback from our advertising partners and brands to further enhance RE/MAX’s advertisement offerings.
- Maintain catalog of accepted ad formats and sample ads for unit testing.
- Empower and collaborate with our engineers, other product managers and designers to build the best solutions possible
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories for scrum teams to implement
- Serve as product champion, ensuring product usability, quality, and performance
- Plan, prioritize, and maintain a healthy product backlog that delivers maximum value for the customer while adhering to company strategy
- Be the product expert for your product(s)
- Participate in the scrum ceremonies, evaluate product progress, and communicate status & risks appropriately
- Provide vision and serve as a champion of customer perspectives to the scrum team
- Create and maintain release and application documentation for internal and external customers
- Constantly look for ways to improve our product management and product development processes
Qualifications & Skills:
Required
- Demonstratable experience creating new advertising product and placements for web, email, and social channels.
- Experience with the following Google products: GA4, GTM and Google Ad Manager
- Proven experience working with major brands, marketing departments, media agencies and other internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with defining audience segments used in ad products
- Familiarity with IAB ad formats and specifications, as well as standard IAB audience segments
- Strong client facing presence
- Experience managing multiple backlogs
- Strong technical background
- BS/BA degree in business, technology or related field
- Have extensive experience operating in an Agile Scrum environment to deliver quality products rapidly
- Ability to influence decision makers and work successfully in cross-functional teams
- Customer and data focused with a positive, professional attitude
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Liveramp experience a plus
Desired
- Experience in real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Atlassian Suite and product planning tools
- Certificate as Product Owner in Agile Development Scrum
Hire Range/Rate: $86,000 - $125,000
Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below. Other compensation for this position may include bonus eligibility.
