PRODUCT MANAGER HVAC, CEE – REMOTE ROLE

We are currently recruiting for 2 roles of Product Manager HVAC to manage our 2 innovative Product Lines: 1. Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and 2. Close Control/IT cooling and Rooftop Units across Europe, the Middle East, and India.Candidates must be based in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, or Bulgaria.What You Will Do You will develop and implement innovative product line strategies, drive market expansion, and ensure profitability. Leading new product introductions and overseeing cost-out initiatives will be key aspects of your role. You will also conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends. This role offers the chance to collaborate globally with top-tier teams in sales, engineering, manufacturing, and sourcing, working with the latest building technologies.How You Will Do It

• Be the voice of the market and customer within the organization.
• Understand the needs of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) markets through market research and customer visits.
• Analyse the competitive environment and our product positioning.
• Develop and implement global product line strategies, optimizing product life cycles and profitability.
• Forecast production, drive product launches, and provide sales training.
• Track product metrics, present strategy roadmaps, and improve product margins.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers, sharing strategic inputs to deliver the right solutions and services.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• At least 7+ years in HVAC product/program management or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) / Close Control/IT cooling/Rooftop Units markets
• Knowledge of HVAC suppliers and their specifications
• Permanent residence in Czechia / Slovakia / Poland / Hungary / Bulgaria
• Business management skills and technical savvy
• Analytical skills and ability to work remotely.
• Understanding of market dynamics and competition
• Experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and effective communication skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred

• Ability to envision and introduce creative tools for fast and effective interaction with the field combining high technical complexity and commercial interests in a seamless and user-friendly manner.
