What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate, schedule, and plan Aeronautics program reviews, including INARs, BRs, and PARs
• Solicit participation from key functional competencies, SMEs, and INAR chairs
• Compile and organize required review artifacts for evaluation by the review team
• Document action items, follow-ups, and outcomes from program reviews
• Develop and prepare presentation materials for senior leadership

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience with the entire Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience collaborating with all levels of management and teammates
• Strong attention to detail with experience in financial calculations and working with minimal oversight
• Experience leading difficult conversations and making key decisions affecting large business segments
• Background in program management processes or proposal preparation tasks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous program experience as a Control Account Manager (CAM), Project Manager, or proposal team member
• Experience with database applications and generating reports using tools like Tableau or Alteryx
• Strong communication skills and experience leading independent program reviews
