What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver sales training content for various sales professionals
• Produce engaging educational materials, including videos and e-learning modules
• Schedule and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Collect feedback from trainees and managers to enhance training programs
• Track training metrics to measure effectiveness and engagement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field with 5+ years of experience in training or instructional design
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
